ADAR ARCL Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Agomonia Labs ("Agomonia Labs," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ADAR ARCL Cricket Assistant mobile app (the "App") and the related web experience at labs.agomoniai.com/arcl (together, the "Service"). ADAR ARCL is built on the ADAR platform, Agomonia Labs' Agentic AI assistant framework.

1. Two ways to use ADAR ARCL

The App is designed so you can start using it immediately, with no account required:

• Guest mode (default). When you open the App, it starts a temporary guest session automatically -- no sign-up, email, or password needed. This is the experience most people use.
• Signed-in mode (optional). If your organization has an ADAR ARCL account, you can tap "Sign in" to use it instead. This is intended for league administrators and partner organizations, not required for everyday use of the assistant.

2. Information We Collect

Guest mode

Guest mode does not ask for or collect any personal profile information. To operate the assistant and keep it reliable and free of abuse, our servers process:

• A temporary, randomly generated guest identifier and access token, valid for 30 minutes.
• The text of the questions you ask the assistant, and the assistant's responses.
• Your device's IP address and basic request metadata, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

We do not ask guest users for a name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying information, and the App itself does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos.

Signed-in mode

If you sign in with an ADAR ARCL organization account, we additionally process:

• Your account email address and organization/team name.
• Your password, which we never store in readable form -- it is one-way hashed before storage.
• A one-time passcode (OTP) if your account has multi-factor authentication enabled.
• The text of the questions you ask the assistant, and the assistant's responses.

Automatically collected technical information

Like most cloud-hosted apps, our backend infrastructure logs standard technical information (such as IP address, timestamps, and request diagnostics) for security, reliability, and debugging. The App itself does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.

3. How We Use Information

• To generate and return the assistant's answers to your questions (rules, standings, teams, players, schedules, results, and scorecards for the ARCL cricket league).
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, including preventing abuse and enforcing rate limits on guest sessions.
• To improve the accuracy and quality of the assistant over time.
• To authenticate signed-in accounts and manage access for partner organizations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your conversations to serve you advertising.

4. How Information Is Processed and Shared

ADAR ARCL runs on Google Cloud Platform. To provide the Service, your questions and related data are processed by:

• Google Cloud / Vertex AI (Gemini models) -- to generate the assistant's answers.
• Google Cloud Firestore and Cloud SQL -- to store account records, conversation state, and operational logs described above.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Agomonia Labs, our users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

Guest session tokens expire automatically after 30 minutes. Conversation content and related operational logs are retained on our secured cloud infrastructure for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule for conversation logs; you may request deletion of your conversation data at any time using the contact details below, and we will honor reasonable requests.

6. Your Choices and Account Deletion

You can use ADAR ARCL entirely in guest mode without ever creating an account. If you have a signed-in ADAR ARCL account and would like it deleted, open the App, go to your account screen, and use the "Delete my account" option, or email us directly at admin@agomoniai.com. We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

ADAR ARCL is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards -- including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls on our cloud infrastructure -- to protect information processed by the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
