ADAR Front Desk Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Agomonia Labs ("Agomonia Labs," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ADAR Front Desk mobile app (the "App") and the related web experience at labs.agomoniai.com/front-desk (together, the "Service"). ADAR Front Desk is built on the ADAR platform, Agomonia Labs' Agentic AI assistant framework, and demonstrates a conversational appointment-scheduling assistant across several sample business verticals (health, salon, financial planning, legal, real estate, and tutoring practices).
1. This is a live product preview
The App lets you try ADAR Front Desk's booking experience against a set of demonstration practices that Agomonia Labs configures for this purpose. No account or sign-up is required -- opening the App starts a temporary guest session automatically. Appointments you create in the App are demo bookings only. They are stored separately from any real practice's calendar, are not sent to or seen by an actual business, and expire automatically. This design keeps the preview realistic without creating a real-world appointment obligation.
2. Information We Collect
Questions you type or speak ("Ask ADAR")
- The text of questions you type, and the assistant's text responses.
- If you tap the microphone button to ask a question by voice, your voice recording is sent to our servers and forwarded to Google Cloud Speech-to-Text to convert it into text. The assistant's replies can also be converted into spoken audio using Google Cloud Text-to-Speech so you can listen to them. Voice recordings are used only to produce that transcription or spoken reply and are not kept longer than needed to do so.
- Your device's IP address and basic request metadata, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
Voice is entirely optional -- you can use ADAR Front Desk by typing and tapping only. The App supports several languages for voice and on-screen text (English, Spanish, Bangla, Hindi, and voice-only Arabic); your language choice is stored only on your device.
Booking information
When you use the guided booking flow, we process:
- The service, provider, and time you select.
- The name, phone number, and (optionally) email address you provide, plus any reason for the visit you enter, so a confirmation can be shown to you.
As described above, this booking information is written to an isolated, rate-limited demo dataset tied to your temporary guest session -- not to a real business's scheduling system -- and automatically expires within 24 hours.
Guest session specifics
The App does not ask for or collect any persistent personal profile. Each guest session is a temporary, randomly generated identifier and access token, valid for 30 minutes, used to operate your session and scope your own demo bookings to you. Aside from the microphone (only accessed when you tap the mic button), the App does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or photos.
Automatically collected technical information
Like most cloud-hosted apps, our backend infrastructure logs standard technical information (such as IP address, timestamps, and request diagnostics) for security, reliability, and debugging. The App itself does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. How We Use Information
- To generate and return the assistant's answers to your questions about services, providers, and hours for the demo practice you've selected.
- To convert your spoken questions to text, and the assistant's text replies to spoken audio, when you use the voice feature.
- To create, display, and let you cancel your own demo appointments within the guided booking flow.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, including preventing abuse and enforcing rate limits on guest sessions.
- To improve the accuracy and quality of the assistant over time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your conversations, voice recordings, or booking details to serve you advertising.
4. How Information Is Processed and Shared
ADAR Front Desk runs on Google Cloud Platform. To provide the Service, your questions, voice recordings, and booking details are processed by:
- Google Cloud / Vertex AI (Gemini models) -- to understand your questions and generate the assistant's answers.
- Google Cloud Speech-to-Text -- to convert your spoken voice questions into text, when you use the microphone.
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech -- to convert the assistant's text replies into spoken audio, when you use the "Listen" feature.
- Google Cloud Firestore -- to store the isolated demo-booking records and operational logs described above.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Agomonia Labs, our users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
Guest session tokens expire automatically after 30 minutes. Demo bookings expire automatically within 24 hours. Voice recordings are processed to produce a transcription or spoken reply and are not retained beyond that processing. Conversation text and related operational logs are retained on our secured cloud infrastructure for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact details below, and we will honor reasonable requests.
6. Your Choices
You can use ADAR Front Desk entirely in guest mode without ever creating an account, and entirely by typing without ever using the microphone. You can cancel any demo appointment you created directly from the "My Appointments" tab at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
ADAR Front Desk is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards -- including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on our cloud infrastructure -- to protect information processed by the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
