This Privacy Policy explains how Agomonia Labs ("Agomonia Labs," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the আদর সুর সংকলন mobile app (the "App") and the related web experience at labs.agomoniai.com/sursankalan (together, the "Service"). আদর সুর সংকলন is built on the ADAR platform, Agomonia Labs' Agentic AI assistant framework, and helps you explore Rabindra Sangeet (the songs of Rabindranath Tagore), Nazrul Geeti (the songs of Kazi Nazrul Islam), and Rajanikanta Sangeet (the songs of Rajanikanta Sen) by text and by voice.

1. Two ways to use আদর সুর সংকলন

The App is designed so you can start using it immediately, with no account required:

• Guest mode (default). When you open the App, it starts a temporary guest session automatically -- no sign-up, email, or password needed. This is the experience most people use.
• Signed-in mode (optional). If you have an আদর সুর সংকলন account, you can tap "Sign in" to use it instead. This is not required for everyday use of the assistant.

2. Information We Collect

Questions you type or speak

Whether you're in guest mode or signed in, to operate the assistant we process:

• The text of the questions you type, and the assistant's text responses.
• If you tap the microphone button to ask a question by voice, your voice recording is sent to our servers and forwarded to Google Cloud Speech-to-Text to convert it into text. The assistant's replies can also be converted into spoken audio using Google Cloud Text-to-Speech so you can listen to them. Voice recordings are used only to produce that transcription or spoken reply and are not kept longer than needed to do so.
• Your device's IP address and basic request metadata, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

Voice questions are entirely optional -- you can use আদর সুর সংকলন by typing only if you'd rather not use the microphone. Aside from the microphone (only accessed when you tap the mic button), the App does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or photos.

Guest mode specifics

Guest mode does not ask for or collect any personal profile information -- just a temporary, randomly generated guest identifier and access token, valid for 30 minutes, used to operate your session.

Signed-in mode specifics

If you sign in with an আদর সুর সংকলন account, we additionally process:

• Your account email address.
• Your password, which we never store in readable form -- it is one-way hashed before storage.
• A one-time passcode (OTP) if your account has multi-factor authentication enabled.

Playing a song's YouTube video

When a reply includes a song's YouTube video and you choose to play it, the video is shown inside the App using an embedded YouTube player. Playing a video interacts directly with YouTube (a Google service) and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can also choose to open the video in the YouTube app or your browser instead.

Automatically collected technical information

Like most cloud-hosted apps, our backend infrastructure logs standard technical information (such as IP address, timestamps, and request diagnostics) for security, reliability, and debugging. The App itself does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

3. How We Use Information

• To generate and return the assistant's answers to your questions about songs, lyrics, raag, taal, paryay, meaning, and context for Rabindra Sangeet.
• To convert your spoken questions to text, and the assistant's text replies to spoken audio, when you use the voice feature.
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, including preventing abuse and enforcing rate limits on guest sessions.
• To improve the accuracy and quality of the assistant over time.
• To authenticate signed-in accounts.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your conversations or voice recordings to serve you advertising.

4. How Information Is Processed and Shared

আদর সুর সংকলন runs on Google Cloud Platform. To provide the Service, your questions, voice recordings, and related data are processed by:

• Google Cloud / Vertex AI (Gemini models) -- to understand your questions and generate the assistant's answers.
• Google Cloud Speech-to-Text -- to convert your spoken voice questions into text, when you use the microphone.
• Google Cloud Text-to-Speech -- to convert the assistant's text replies into spoken audio, when you use the "Listen" feature.
• YouTube (Google) -- when you play an embedded song video.
• Google Cloud Firestore and Cloud SQL -- to store account records, conversation state, and operational logs described above.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Agomonia Labs, our users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

Guest session tokens expire automatically after 30 minutes. Voice recordings are processed to produce a transcription or spoken reply and are not retained beyond that processing. Conversation text and related operational logs are retained on our secured cloud infrastructure for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule for conversation logs; you may request deletion of your conversation data at any time using the contact details below, and we will honor reasonable requests.

6. Your Choices and Account Deletion

You can use আদর সুর সংকলন entirely in guest mode without ever creating an account, and entirely by typing without ever using the microphone. If you have a signed-in আদর সুর সংকলন account and would like it deleted, email us at admin@agomoniai.com. We will process account and data deletion requests within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

আদর সুর সংকলন is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards -- including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls on our cloud infrastructure -- to protect information processed by the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
